* Important note that this event is NOT using TGS software for rosters, player passes, or the TGS app. Once the TGS/AthleteOne app is fully functional/released our events will transition to this software.

INFORMATION FOR ONLINE CHECK-IN - Please read prior to beginning check-in.
PARKING FEES FOR 2026: Waived. No parking fees will be collected.
REFEREE FEES: Teams bring $100 per game to the field for referee fees. These are paid 30 mins prior to kickoff.

If you missed the deadline, please bring multiple paper copies of your team roster to handout to scouts.
ROSTER REVISIONS FOR TOURNAMENT PLAY (not the scout's profile book): Once you have uploaded your initial roster, should any changes occur requiring revision, you can upload a NEW roster with those revisions to this link, anytime, prior to kickoff of your first game. CLICK HERE ◀️

PLAYER & TEAM CREDENTIALS REQUIRED DURING ONLINE CHECK-IN:
- Team Roster
- Roster must come from an official roster source (GotSport, US Club, US Youth, etc)
- Guest Players - can be handwritten at the bottom of the roster (player DOB must be included)
- Must have Medical Release form for each guest player
- Guest Players must have player card issued from current seasonal year
- Medical Release Form - each player must have a medical release form uploaded
- Teams are required to keep copies of the medical release forms on their person at all times
- Player Pass Cards or Player Cards
- Teams are requested to have physical or digital copies of player cards available to be checked field side.
- Team Profile (Roster) for Inclusion in College Profile Book
- You will have an option to submit your ONE-PAGE TEAM PROFILE for inclusion in the TTOWN PROFILE BOOK for scouts, during check-in.
