The OKLAHOMA SHOWCASE TEAM PROFILE BOOK will contain a team roster, listing every player in the event.  The submission of this roster form is a requirement for each team's participation. 

INSTRUCTIONS TO COMPLETE TEAM ROSTER PROFILE 
DEADLINE TO COMPLETE JULY 15th

• You can skip steps 1-3 if you already have a 1-page team roster profile.
• Simply upload your roster via steps 4-5.
• If you choose to skip steps 1-3 we recommend including the following data sets for each prospect on your roster: Last,First Name; Jersey #, Grad Year, GPA, Position, Prospect Email, Prospect Cell

2. COMPLETE THE TEAM ROSTER PROFILE (do not alter the format). 
3. SAVE as you go so as not to lose data.
4. SAVE/CONVERT TEAM ROSTER PROFILE TO PDF
